VARAS. Corporate Headquarters
Varas, a company specializing in the design and manufacturing of dies and tools for the metal packaging industry, was at a key moment of growth and evolution. With its relocation to new facilities, the need arose to develop a signage system that would not only guide employees and visitors but also reflect the company’s identity and DNA.
To maintain consistency with Varas’ essence, we created a design concept inspired by its own manufacturing process. We took dies as a visual reference and used metal—its primary material—to develop functional signage with a strong identity.
We designed a graphic system based on pictograms and geometric elements that evoke the precision and technical expertise of Varas’ work. Each piece was carefully conceived to integrate harmoniously into the space, ensuring clarity and readability.
The implementation of the signage system not only facilitated navigation within the new facilities but also reinforced Varas’ visual identity in its own environment. The combination of functional design with materials aligned with its industrial activity brought coherence and character to every detail of the space, achieving a balance between aesthetics and utility.
