Entre la llum i la foscor
Visual identity and content design for the exhibition Univers GOYA: “Entre la llum i la foscor”.
An immersive journey through the life and work of Francisco de Goya, exploring the different stages that shaped his artistic career. From the brightness of his early paintings for the nobility to the unsettling depth of his Black Paintings, the exhibition invites visitors to move between light and shadow, reason and madness, hope and desolation.
To convey this duality, we designed a visual and conceptual path that combines color contrasts, enveloping textures, and evocative compositions, creating an atmosphere that connects with the essence of his work. The exhibition design and narrative content enhance this experience, providing historical and symbolic context for each stage, inviting the audience to immerse themselves in Goya’s universe with a renewed perspective.
The experience is conceived as a sensorial and introspective journey, where lighting, space, and the arrangement of the artworks contribute to evoking different emotional states. The exhibition not only allows visitors to appreciate the artist’s evolution, but also immerses them in his concerns, obsessions, and genius, establishing a dialogue between his time and ours. The exhibition is complemented by an immersive and virtual reality experience, allowing a deeper dive into Goya’s imagination, exploring his work from an innovative and enveloping perspective.
