TRAM, committed to gender equality in society and in the company itself, sought to highlight the fundamental role of the women who form part of its team and who contribute every day to the movement of thousands of users.
On the occasion of Working Women’s Day, an innovative campaign was proposed to make these inspiring stories visible. Under the slogan ‘TRAM Women’, a branded content campaign was developed consisting of six video pieces, each presenting the testimony of a female TRAM worker.
The main objective was to demystify the idea that certain job roles are reserved exclusively for men by showing how women have a prominent place in all aspects of public transport.
The campaign was disseminated on digital media and social networks, generating a positive response, a great impact on the audience and generating conversations about the importance of gender equality in the workplace.
Through this content, TRAM once again demonstrated its commitment to diversity and gender equality, while highlighting the valuable contribution of women in its business. It also inspired other women to pursue their professional dreams regardless of gender stereotypes.
